Rae cites Obama's numbers in Wisconsin and strong support and turnout among youth in last Tuesday's primary, with an exit poll putting him at 73% amongh voters in the 18-24 age bracket.

"The whole reason I ran for the DNC in the first place was trying to be a voice for America's next generation," Rae says, "and as such I really thought that my generation spoke really clearly on Tuesday."
