Hillsborough County, Florida students are heading back to class with stricter rules in place. The district's zero tolerance policy now includes robbery, gang activity and cyber bullying. That means bullying through text messages or any electronic device. Other additions include a form where parents can prohibit the clubs their kids can join. This idea was a hot topic after some bay area students created a gay/straight alliance club in a local school.
