Department of Justice clears Kolbe in House page investiation

Former U.S. Representative Jim Kolbe issued a statement Wednesday saying he has been cleared of wrongdoing by the U.S. Justice Department regarding his relationships with House pages. The Justice Department had been investigating a trip Kolbe, who is Gay, had taken down the Grand Canyon with a group including pages in 1996. The investigation came after Florida Representative Mark Foley resigned after inappropriate e-mails to pages were revealed.
